National Award for Outstanding Industrial Relations 2015 – 2016 – Regional Level Selection on Friday the 28th April 2017 at Hotel Savera, Chennai

You are aware that on behalf of All India Organisations of Employers (AIOE) New Delhi applications have been invited by us from our members for recognising the industries with excellent track record in the field of industrial relations for the above said award.

In response, 17 leading companies have registered their participation in the event and submitted their application showcasing their excellence in the field of Industrial relations. List of Organisations participating in the Regional Level Selection is attached.

To select Regional level winners, jury comprising of members from Employers, Labour Department and Academia has been constituted. All participating organisations will be making detailed presentation before the jury to select four participants from our Region to contest at the National level.

During the presentation, all the organisations will cover various areas that will give a comprehensive view of the best policies and practices followed by each company in the field of Industrial Relations.

It provides valuable opportunity for the members to acquire new knowledge on the initiatives taken, unique approaches adopted, tools and methods used to maintain cordial and congenial relations towards excellence for improving productivity, cost control measures etc.
