1. ALL INDIA EMPLOYERS’ ORGANISATION (AIOE)
The All India Organization of Employers’ (AIOE), an allied body of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), is the oldest and apex national employers’ organization of India. It is the platform for Indian Employers to raise their voice in formulating labor and social policies to promote business, trade and economy in the country.
AIOE was setup in 1932, by eminent Indian industrialist and philanthropist of yesteryears with the objective to serve the cause of Indian enterprises by promoting sound industrial relations and better understanding between employers and workers on the mutuality of interests and provide representation to Indian employers in the tripartite setup of Government to draw labour and social policies.
EFSI is affiliated to AIOE at National level and closely working with them to express the views of the employers from time to time for promoting, supporting or opposing legislative and other measures affecting or likely to affect directly or indirectly the interest of industry, trade and commerce.
Representing employers in the tripartite bodies like standing Labour committee and Indian Labour Conference recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment , Government of India and articulate the views of employers effectively
2. EMPLOYERS FEDERATION OF INDIA- MUMBAI
EFI was set up in the year 1933 with the purpose of protecting, promoting and championing the interest of employers mainly in the area of Employees Relations. It plays special role as a leading Apex Body of Employers organization and Industries on matters, human resources management, Industrial Relations and related issues.
It conducts executive compensation survey, remuneration Survey for unionized work force , Annual survey covering various Industry sectors and nominate participants for training programs and other initiatives of ILO in India and outside like HIDA – Human Resource & Industry Development Associations , Japan etc.
EFSI is closely associated with EFI in many activates organized by EFI in nominating participants for programs done in coordination with Japan, Korea for member organizations.
Representing Employers in tripartite committee set up by the Government of India and Indian Employers at the International Conference & other fora of ILO at Geneva.
